The International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) is the world’s largest association for administrative support staff, with 600 chapters and 40,000 members and affiliates worldwide. IAAP works to build a professional image of administrative professionals in the workplace. IAAP is open to all persons working in secretarial and office administrative positions, along with business educators, students, firms and educational institutions.
